Plate & Prayer: Food for the Body and Soul!

Each month during the academic year a community of Presentation Sisters in Sioux Falls and Aberdeen invites women ages 16 and older to join them in their home for dinner, evening prayer and fellowship. This opportunity to interact with the sisters has enriched the sisters’ connections to women in the community and given young women a valuable opportunity to get to know “real sisters” as they celebrate their faith.

“I really appreciated being able to come here and have a cool experience. It is good to know that the sisters of the diocese are here for us. They are a good motivation for me to be a good person and follow what God wants for me,” says recent participant Jane of Brandon, S.D.
